Option 6 - Top 10 Listings (Open Bidding)

Ideal for people who wish to list their house and lot property on the home page.

Mechanics:
Property listings will undergo an open bidding process (advertisement points revealed) for the right to be in Page 1 of the website. Php 50 = 50 advertisement points. Top 10 listings with the most number of points will be listed in Page 1. You can update your bids anytime. Just inform us if you intend to do so.

The minimum bid is set to Php50.00 applicable for 1 month per property listing. However, if you want your listing to have a higher position, you can place a higher bid as your competition will try their best to grab your spot. After your advertisement for the month expires, your advertisement points is reset to zero or whatever advertisement points are left if you bid multiple times in a month. You can purchase advertisement points in multiples of Php50.00.
