1. Is the place safe or how safe is the place?

-Absolutely yes. In fact the lot is in the Barangay called “Behia” and not far away from Barangay Hall.

2. Any future development in the area such as construction of hospital or school?
-Yes.

3. Is there any pending issues such as witholding tax, etc.?

-No! There’s not, We have all the valid papers you need. You can verify if you want.

4. What about the caretaker of this land, is he going to be part of the negotiation what i mean by that is, is he expecting to be the caretaker of this land for the next buyer?

-No, He’s not part of it, you can hire your own care taken if you want.

5. Payment method cash or banking finance (right now I am currently in overseas) and will look for an opportunity to visit the place hopefully before Dec 2011 kasi very busy ako sa construciton project ko but if there’s any potential buyer who is interested don’t worry about me.
