Is there MOVE-IN Fees?

Can Client request revisions on the house while in construction period?
NO. Developer will not allow Client to make revisions during construction period.

Can Buyer choose colors for living room and all bedrooms?
Yes. Buyers have the option though to choose paint colors for the interiors (living room, kitchen, bedroom).
Can I apply the balance amount with PAGIBIG?
Yes. Client will apply and process personally the loan with PAGIBIG. DP required will be 30% – 40%.
