    Yes.  Transfer of Reservation Fee from one unit to another shall be charged an additional fee of Php5,000.00.
    What are included in the Total Contract Price?
    Total Contract Price includes the following:
    * Transfer & registration of title
    * VAT
    * Processing Fees
    * Realty tax is included in the package prior to signing of Contract to Sell (CTS).
    Should there be Ready for Occupancy Units (RFO), a Spot 10% DP maybe allowed so Client can move-in right away. 
    PDC checks is required for downpayment.  The 90% balance will be Inhouse Financed while being applied with Bank.
    What are the Discounts for Downpayments?
